We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) is required

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Product images (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to our return address

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless:

    • The product is defective

    • The wrong item was delivered


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Personal care products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.


💰 Refunds

✅ Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed through:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

Customers may be asked to provide payment details for refund processing.
